We aim to please, so our standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £60.00 and over.
OR, you may choose to collect your item for FREE from our high street shop. This is of course, subject to availability.
There is a P&P charge of £3.95 for standard UK delivery on any order under £60.00.
Your order will usually be sent on a next day delivery service and most items will be delivered between Monday and Saturday 7.30am – 5.00pm. Once you have placed an order, it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will leave a card offering you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
We are sorry but we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses and we reserve the right to not deliver to addresses we believe insecure. If we believe this affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
On occasion, some items may be delivered outside the standard times.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.

Our refund policy
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, just return the item to us or bring to our high street shop, within 10 days of purchase. Please follow the the instructions below. We will exchange or refund the value of the goods, to the original credit or debit card of the person who placed and paid for the order. There are certain exceptions, as listed below, where we unfortunately cannot give a refund!
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. If we feel the item has been used before return then we WILL NOT be able to refund or exchange.
There exist 'Distance Selling Regulations'. These regulations state that if you buy anything online or by phone, then you have the right to expect a refund, if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but exceptions are listed below.
- personalised products, such as written greeting cards or personalised gifts
- made to order products or made to measure items
- perishable goods, for example flowers or food products
- computer software that has been opened
Products especially ordered for you, unless they are faulty. We cannot offer a refund or exchange as we would not have normally had this product in stock. Also, we cannot accept cancellation of these orders unless within 24 hours of the order being placed. We'll make this clear when you place your order.
Our returns procedure
Returns to our high street shop
Please bring the product you wish to return along with the evidence of purchase (this could be a copy of your order confirmation or the delivery note). Also, please make sure you have the original payment card you used to make the purchase.
Explain to the sales assistant that you bought your item online and as long as you have all the correct information and the goods are in their original UNUSED condition, they will be able to credit the original card. They will NOT be able to give you cash for the item. Any items considered faulty or not fit for purpose will be replaced or refunded.
Returns via Royal Mail or courier
Please complete the back of the delivery note and enclose with your product. Package your item securely, enclosing the delivery note. Use the original packaging if at all possible but remove any labelling.
Returns are at the customer's expense. We highly recommend that you obtain evidence of posting.
We will refund the original credit or debit card used to place the order. Please allow 2 weeks from the posting date for us to credit your account
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any items considered faulty or not fit for purpose will be replaced or refunded.

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
We use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details, they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Industry-leading fraud prevention is just one of the reasons PayPal is a safe way to pay online. PayPal uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system.
