We want all our customers to be completely happy with their Cubecure purchase.

If you are happy with our service and our products then FANTASTIC and we'd love to hear your positive comments. If you're not so happy, then we apologise in advance and will do everything we reasonably can to put things right.

Our refund policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, just return the item to us or bring to our high street shop, within 10 days of purchase. Please follow the the instructions below. We will exchange or refund the value of the goods, to the original credit or debit card of the person who placed and paid for the order. There are certain exceptions, as listed below, where we unfortunately cannot give a refund!

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. If we feel the item has been used before return then we WILL NOT be able to refund or exchange.

There exist 'Distance Selling Regulations'. These regulations state that if you buy anything online or by phone, then you have the right to expect a refund, if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but exceptions are listed below.

  • personalised products, such as written greeting cards or personalised gifts
  • made to order products or made to measure items
  • perishable goods, for example flowers or food products
  • computer software that has been opened

Products especially ordered for you, unless they are faulty. We cannot offer a refund or exchange as we would not have normally had this product in stock. Also, we cannot accept cancellation of these orders unless within 24 hours of the order being placed. We'll make this clear when you place your order.

Our returns procedure

Returns to our high street shop

Please bring the product you wish to return along with the evidence of purchase (this could be a copy of your order confirmation or the delivery note). Also, please make sure you have the original payment card you used to make the purchase.

Explain to the sales assistant that you bought your item online and as long as you have all the correct information and the goods are in their original UNUSED condition, they will be able to credit the original card. They will NOT be able to give you cash for the item. Any items considered faulty or not fit for purpose will be replaced or refunded.

Returns via Royal Mail or courier

Please complete the back of the delivery note and enclose with your product. Package your item securely, enclosing the delivery note. Use the original packaging if at all possible but remove any labelling.

Returns are at the customer's expense. We highly recommend that you obtain evidence of posting.

We will refund the original credit or debit card used to place the order. Please allow 2 weeks from the posting date for us to credit your account

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Any items considered faulty or not fit for purpose will be replaced or refunded.

To change or cancel an order

We're sorry but once you have placed your order online it is not possible to make changes online.

If you need to change the details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely then please contact us on 01484 842305 Monday – Saturday between 9.30am and 4.30pm. OR email us at contact+at+cubecure.co.uk. Please have your order number and order date ready.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If we have already despatched your order then you will need to follow our Returns Procedure

If your order is incomplete, damaged or missing!!

If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the time expected, please email us here or call us on us on 01484 842305 Monday – Saturday between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out and arrive separately.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please follow our Returns Procedure.

These conditions and advice do not affect your statutory rights.
